SavvyTown collects and uses Personal Information about our Users. Personal Information is information that identifies a specific User. When a User engages in the activities such as creating an account, purchasing a product and/or service from SavvyTown or one of our partners, submitting content through email or text, entering a contest or giveaway offered by SavvyTown or our partners, filling out a survey, posting a review, sending us feedback, requesting information about our services, submitting an affiliate agreement, we may ask you to provide information about yourself. When ordering SavvyTown vouchers for products or services, we may ask you to provide your credit card number, expiration date and authentication codes. We may share your information with SavvyTown Merchants. From time to time, we provide offers from particular merchants (referred to as “SavvyTown Merchants”) who, as part of the offer, request information on SavvyTown customers who purchased the offer in order to aid redemption. In those cases, we will share your Personal Information, such as you first and last name with SavvyTown Merchants. Using your name will help SavvyTown Merchants verify that you have redeemed your SavvyTown voucher. SavvyTown is not responsible or liable for any actions of any Merchants who have provided an offer.
With your direct consent through a manual opt-in, SavvyTown may also share your email address with particular SavvyTown Merchants. As an extension of our service to prominent advertisers, we’ve begun to allow our customers to opt-in to new email lists. You will remain in complete control of who gets to contact you. SavvyTown agrees not to share your email address with any SavvyTown Merchants unless you have read the Merchant’s terms and conditions and opted in to their email list by checking the box under the “Buy it for” or “Free Coupon” button on that merchant’s offer page.
SavvyTown may share your information in the event that we are acquired. SavvyTown may merge with, or be acquired by another company. If this occurs, the new owners would also acquire the Personal Information that has been collected.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SavvyTown, LLC, its affiliate, agents, subcontractors, directors, officers, and employees against all expenses and claims, including attorney's fees, which might arise out of the use of the Website.

SavvyTown reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time and without notice. SavvyTown also reserves the right to terminate any accounts of any User for any reason.
